Who we are

What we collect on this site

When you ask for an invite, we collect your email address, the language you used and your consent choices.

We don't ask for anything else, and we don't create an account for you.

Why, and on what basis

Your invite: we use your email to send your invite when your spot in Helsinki opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Offers and news: only if you tick the second box. This is a separate consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from the link in every email or by writing to us.

How long we keep it

Until your invite has been sent and you have joined or declined, and at most 12 months after you signed up. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it.

Who sees it

Only the CODFleet team, and the email service we use to send the invite, under a data processing agreement. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object, by writing to info@codfleet.com. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one setting in your browser: the language you chose. Nothing else is stored, so there is nothing to accept or reject.
